Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, use BOOF only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You sign in with your phone number and a passcode you choose. Keep your passcode private — anyone who has it can access your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else is using it. One account per person, and don't impersonate anyone.

You own the photos, videos and words you post. By posting, you give BOOF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share that content within the app so BOOF can function. You can delete your content any time; the licence ends when you do, except for copies already shared with others or held briefly in backups. You're responsible for what you post — only share content that is yours or that you have permission to share.

Don't use BOOF to:

• harass, threaten, bully or hate on anyone;
• post content that's illegal, sexual, violent, or shows cruelty to animals;
• impersonate people or organisations;
• spam, scam, scrape, or run bots;
• break the law or anyone's privacy or rights.

We use automated and human review to keep BOOF safe. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or remove accounts that break these terms — without notice when a situation needs it.

We work hard to keep BOOF running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that everything posted is accurate. To the extent the law allows, BOOF is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, BOOF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content posted by other users.

We may update these terms as BOOF grows. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use BOOF means you accept the updated terms.
